One (1) Home Study Continuing Education Credits (75% score or higher required)

This one hour session will introduce participants to providing telepsychology in Pennsylvania. In session one, there will be an overview about telehealth services, current Pennsylvania legislations, one model to start providing telepsychology services, and some basic technical issues. The presentation will also cover some risk management issues. This session will count for 1 hour towards the 3 CE credit hours needed on telepsychology for PSYPACT renewal.

Program Learning Objectives: At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

1. List reasons to support further exploration to provide telepsychology services
2. Describe one model to start using telepsychology services

CREDITS OFFERED: 1 Continuing Education Credit for psychologists and educators. 

The Pennsylvania Psychological Association is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists.  PPA maintains responsibility for this program and its content.  The Pennsylvania Psychological Association is an approved provider for Act 48 Continuing Professional Education Requirements as mandated by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
