This workshop will help you identify the ethical and practical standards when dealing with clients who are involved in family law issues, and educate you about best practices in dealing with attorneys and the courts.

Program Learning Objectives: At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

1. Identify the sources of ethical practice standards when dealing with clients who are involved in family law issues.
2. Identify actions that they should and should not take when dealing with attorneys and the courts.
3. Analyze how to maintain their duty to the client while responding ethically to attorneys and the court.
4. Understand the role of a Forensic Expert, a Treating Expert, and a Fact Witness.
