Psychologists will often encounter patients who have concurrent health issues such as chronic pain, insomnia, or excess weight. These readings are designed to introduce psychologists into the nature of chronic pain, insomnia, and excess weight and interventions for those conditions.
Program Learning Objectives. At the end of the program, participants will be able to describe basic information about
- The social factors that lead to good health
- Chronic pain and its treatments
- Insomnia and its treatments
- Excess weight and its treatments
