This home study contains articles dealing with self-care and professional growth covering topics such as the ethical foundations of self-care, personal and professional stressors impacting psychologists, and the coping and career sustaining activities of psychologists. An emphasis is placed on ways to maximize the rewards and benefits of being a psychologist.
