Program Description:  

This workshop provides an overview of the record keeping rules in Pennsylvania. In addition, we will review how to respond to requests for records including patient requests, third party requests, attorney requests and other requests for records. Specifically, we will discuss how to respond to subpoenas and court orders.

Program Learning Objectives: At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

1. Explain the record keeping rules.
2. Describe how to respond to a subpoena and court order.
3. Explain what to do with other requests for records.
