Program Learning Objectives: At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to: 1. Describe psychological sustainability and signs of professional misalignment. 2. Apply the People–Purpose–Performance™ framework to assess role congruence. 3. Identify one actionable shift or boundary to support sustainable practice.
