Program Description: Focusing on ethical dilemmas in assessment and eligibility recommendation practices, this practitioner-oriented session will address contemporary ethical challenges, ethical decision-making within a problem-solving framework, and relevant legal precedents.

Develop a thorough understanding of a structured decision-making model to effectively address ethical dilemmas in school psychology practice 2. Systematically analyze ethical issues by identifying key problems, consulting professional guidelines, and accessing appropriate resources 3.
