Program Description:  

Focusing on ethical dilemmas in assessment and eligibility recommendation practices, this practitioner-oriented session will address contemporary ethical challenges, ethical decision-making within a problem-solving framework, and relevant legal precedents.

Program Learning Objectives: At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

1. Develop a thorough understanding of a structured decision-making model to effectively address ethical dilemmas in school psychology practice
2. Systematically analyze ethical issues by identifying key problems, consulting professional guidelines, and accessing appropriate resources
3. Understand the NASP 2020 Principles for Professional Ethics, with a focus on practical applications in daily practice
