Program Description: We will discuss anti-racism research and theory utilizing concepts and research from How to be an Antiracist, White Fragility, and 13th. We will also focus on applying this knowledge to anti-racism practice in clinical and supervision contexts. Reading/watching these resources beforehand is preferable and not required.
Program Learning Objectives: At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Differentiate between nonracist and antiracist approaches to clinical treatment and supervision; and
- Identify strategies for engaging in anti-racism discussions with supervisees and adult clients.
