Program Description: In session two, we will review meaning and spirituality as these relate to moral injury. We will highlight positive narratives and moral resiliency as ways to care for our patients and ourselves as professionals.
Program Learning Objectives: At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Describe global meaning and its relationship to moral injury and moral resilience; and
- Identify three strategies for creating greater moral and ethical congruence and resilience.
