PPA's Legal Consultation Plan
Your attorneys in this plan are all licensed as both psychologists and attorneys. They will give you expert legal advice on psychological practice issues for a small fraction of normal attorney fees. The plan entitles you to up to 3 hours of consultation during the year. You may distribute the use of the time throughout the year in any way you desire. You can enroll at any time and the year starts from that date.

In order to keep rates reasonable, the consultation plan has established several limitations. The consultation plan does not include personal matters not directly related to psychology, such as personal tax questions, drafting or negotiating agreements or contracts, or direct representation in any lawsuit, unless specified by a separate agreement. The plan excludes counseling concerning the relationship between an individual psychologist and PPA.
The consultation plan is available to all psychologists. For more information call the PPA at 717.232.3817.
